Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund

Refunds are processed only for:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect products delivered
• Lost shipments (where applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless received damaged.
